Colleen Richner’s professional journey has been shaped by a strong foundation in financial analysis and a deep commitment to operational excellence. With over 15 years of experience supporting energy, retail, construction, and technology clients, she has built a reputation for streamlining processes, improving cost controls, and ensuring alignment between financial operations and business goals.
Colleen began her career in the energy sector, where she spent nearly a decade at NextEra Energy Resources managing a $300 million annual budget across a 200-site renewable energy portfolio. Her work spanned forecasting, variance analysis, long-range planning, and executive reporting—often in high-stakes, fast-paced environments. That experience laid the groundwork for future roles where she continued to apply her skills in budgeting, internal controls, and dashboard reporting, including with Facebook’s infrastructure team, Target’s construction division, and First Energy’s transmission group.
Known for her collaborative approach and sharp attention to detail, Colleen is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and skilled in platforms including Power BI, SAP, and QuickBooks. Her ability to identify cost efficiencies, support cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving business needs makes her a valuable partner at every stage of project planning and execution.
Colleen joined Halyard as Operations & Finance Coordinator, drawn by the company’s entrepreneurial spirit and thoughtful approach to project management. In this role, she supports both administrative and financial functions, from reconciling accounts to preparing monthly statements and coordinating payroll, all while maintaining the systems and standards that keep a growing business running smoothly.
Colleen lives in Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate of Finance from Keystone College. She brings curiosity, dedication, and a steady hand to every challenge—and plays a key role in helping Halyard stay financially sound and operationally strong.
