We’re thrilled to welcome Colleen Richner to Halyard as an Operations & Finance Coordinator.
She brings a strong background in project support, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination—plus a steady, systems-minded approach that aligns with Halyard’s collaborative and detail-driven culture.
Colleen joins us with more than 15 years of experience managing financial reporting and forecasting for large-scale energy, retail, and infrastructure portfolios. A Six Sigma Green Belt with expertise in SAP, Power BI, and QuickBooks, she has supported $300M+ annual budgets and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Based in Pennsylvania, Colleen brings a thoughtful, grounded presence to our operations team and keeps her balance outside of work by spending time in her greenhouse and reading.
