Welcome Senior Project Coordinator, Lindsey Mahler!

Lindsey Mahler’s career path has been anything but linear, but that’s what makes her such an asset to Halyard.
After studying interior design and developing strong technical skills in AutoCAD and drafting, Lindsey shifted into facilities management, where she spent more than a decade supporting major accounts at TD Bank and Bristol Myers Squibb. In these roles, she managed everything from work orders, purchase orders, and vendor coordination to financial tracking and reporting for senior management, keeping critical operations running smoothly day in and day out.
That experience instilled in Lindsey both an eye for detail and an appreciation for the behind-the-scenes work that keeps projects and facilities successful. Now, as a Senior Project Coordinator at Halyard, she leverages those strengths to support project managers with budgets, purchase orders, and vendor management, ensuring teams can stay focused on delivering projects at the highest level.
Her transition from facilities management to project management has brought fresh perspective, shifting from an urgent, reactive environment to one that emphasizes planning, strategy, and long-term impact. The overlap between the two fields gives Lindsey a unique ability to anticipate needs and keep projects running seamlessly.
Outside the office, Lindsey gives back through Angels in Motion, a Philadelphia nonprofit supporting unhoused individuals & those experiencing substance use disorder. She helps distribute “blessing bags” with food, water, and resources, along with clothing and care kits in colder months. She also loves travelling and spends weekends with her long-term partner exploring antique shops and estate sales.
